1. Returns

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
- Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, and clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong product), we will cover the shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After processing/shipping, cancellation is not possible.
